This May we have launched the first edition of the ARCO Program in Velatia, a plan that has the aim of boosting the development of the different junior profiles of the group
The main objectives of ARCO Program are showing in detail the reality of different Velatia businesses and companies, providing a series of skills that enable the participants to grow personally and professionally and assisting them in their development during the first years of experience in Velatia.
On this first group, we have had the opportunity to share one week of the program with colleagues from different businesses (Ikusi, Ormazabal, Smarmec and GOSA) and countries where Velatia is present as Mexico, Colombia, Germany or Spain.
