A final group of professionals, from Spain, Mexico and Colombia, closes the second edition of Velatia’s young talent programme
Twelve professionals from Ormazabal and Ikusi made up the last group of the second edition of Velatia’s ARCO programme. Coming from different parts of Spain, Mexico and Colombia, the participants had the opportunity to get to know the different headquarters, facilities, laboratories and production centres of several Velatia companies in the Basque Country in Spain. An activity that they have combined with their attendance to different training workshops with professionals from the different companies of the group and the visit to iconic places in the area.
The meeting follows the two previous groups that took part in the initiative during the months of May and June, after a forced break due to the pandemic. The aim of this initiative is to show in detail the reality of Velatia’s different businesses and companies to these people, as well as to provide them with a series of skills that will allow them to grow personally and professionally and accompany them in their development during their first years of experience in the company.
