This third group in the programme, which was held during the week from 23rd to 27th September, was made up of Velatia young talent from Spain, Germany, China, Colombia, Mexico and Argentina.
As on previous occasions, attendees had the chance to see the different sites, facilities, laboratories and production centres of several Velatia companies, and take part in training workshops and professional experiences of different colleagues with a tour of the company.
The main aims of the ARCO programme are to provide a detailed overview of Velatia’s different businesses, giving colleagues a chance to acquire new skills that will allow them to grow both personally and professionally and also help in their development during the first few years at the company.
