As\u00ed, Alejandro Ormazabal indic\u00f3 que los directivos, \u201csean familiares o no, son las piezas clave de este\u00a0camino compartido, ya que son quienes realmente marcan la direcci\u00f3n en proyectos ya consolidados\u201d. Es por ello, que \u201chay que prestar atenci\u00f3n para que quienes est\u00e1n llamados a ocupar puestos de responsabilidad, adem\u00e1s de buenos profesionales, sean buenas personas\u201d, apostill\u00f3 Ormazabal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsabilidades y oportunidades de un proyecto familiar y profesional<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Tras explicar las oportunidades que aprovech\u00f3 en su trayectoria profesional, Alejandro Ormazabal solicit\u00f3 a los directivos presentes que \u201cinviertan en poner en valor las iniciativas y proyectos\u00a0que abordan con \u00e9xito, para que sean visibles cuando aparezcan las oportunidades de promoci\u00f3n y sean ellos quienes asuman las posiciones de mayor responsabilidad e influencia\u201d. Asimismo, manifest\u00f3 que \u201cla cuesti\u00f3n es que nos movemos en entornos empresariales cada vez m\u00e1s complejos, en los que debemos aprender a convivir con mucho mayor grado de incertidumbre, por lo que la gesti\u00f3n sobre una base de confianza es imprescindible\u201d.
